Description
Armac Office On-line UPS PF1 T/2000I/PF1/DF 8x IEC
We create quality energy for offices and professional applications – the new Armac Office Online PF1 Dust-free UPS line combines top-of-the-line specifications with an attractive price. Thanks to its online topology, 0 ms transfer time, and perfect pure sinewave output, the device protects sensitive equipment from every voltage spike. A power factor of 1.0 (Power Factor = 1) means you get all the power you put in – without unnecessary losses.
The PF1 series has been earning rave reviews from business users for years; the Dust-free version raises the bar even higher. Fans now respond to load changes in increments of 1%, so the UPS runs quieter, consumes less energy, and lasts longer. Improved EMC on the new motherboard and longer-lasting batteries ensure long-term stability.
The Dust-free series also stands out for its easily replaceable dust filter. A quick front panel removal provides access to the filter, which you simply remove, wipe with a damp cloth or vacuum, let dry, and then reinstall. The entire process takes literally minutes, so you can do it during your coffee break. Regular filter cleaning effectively traps dust particles, toner, paper, and other particles that would otherwise settle on the heatsinks and shorten the life of components. Furthermore, a dense mesh of perforations on the front panel directs airflow precisely where it's needed most, while intelligent PWM fans smoothly adjust speed to match load and temperature. The result is stable, cool UPS operation with minimal noise, eliminating the need for frequent service.
UPS Series with Power Factor of 1.
In the world of small and medium-sized businesses, you pay twice for every watt: once to the energy supplier, and again for the heat generated by poorly designed equipment. That's why a power factor of 1.0 is so groundbreaking: virtually 100% of the current drawn from the 230V mains is returned to your devices as usable energy. In real terms, this translates to a full 2000W of active power at 2000VA, without the "tax" of reactive power. Compared to traditional 0.8 PF designs, you gain up to 20% more headroom, allowing you to choose a smaller, less expensive model or connect additional workstations without the risk of overload. This high efficiency also reduces server room air conditioning costs and helps meet company ESG goals and the requirements of new EU energy efficiency directives.
Importantly, Armac maintains PF = 1 across a wide load range—not just "on paper." This is thanks to an optimized power path and online double conversion, which means the UPS doesn't have to "boost" full power to operate efficiently. The result? Stable voltage, lower bills, and a smaller carbon footprint without compromising safety.
Immediate Response.
Any power outage—even one measured in milliseconds—can halt production lines, corrupt CAD files, or interrupt a POS (Point of Sale) transaction. The T/2000I/PF1/DF hits a wall with double conversion. Power from the wall socket is first converted to DC, then back to perfect AC, preventing voltage fluctuations, spikes, and electromagnetic interference from reaching the input. When the mains power goes down, the UPS simply stops charging the rectifier and resumes battery power in less than 1 millisecond, without interrupting the server, NAS array, or router.
In practice, this means zero packet loss, no need to restart virtual machines, and the assurance that e-commerce or financial transactions will be saved completely. An additional ECO mode switches power to bypass with 99% efficiency when network parameters are stable. This gives you the flexibility to decide whether you prefer absolute 24/7 security or energy savings for quiet weekends.
Extended Battery Life:
Batteries are the heart of any uninterruptible power supply—and the most expensive component to maintain. That's why Armac has equipped the PF1 Dust-free with intelligent power management.
- Reduced Cut-Off - the microprocessor disconnects the battery at a higher voltage than standard, which reduces deep discharges and extends the life cycle by up to 30%.
- Adjustable Threshold - Need a longer hold-off time for your cash register? Adjust the cut-off from the LCD or via USB/RS-232, adapting the protection to the current task.
- Automatic self-test every 60 days – the UPS simulates a power outage, monitors battery capacity, and logs the results to the PowerManager II log. Users receive an alert only when parameters drop below a pre-set threshold, allowing them to plan replacements in advance and avoid "Friday 6:00 PM outages."
- Temperature compensation charging - the charger adjusts the current to ambient conditions, preventing overcharging in hot summer and undercharging in a cold server room.
This ensures 9 Ah batteries maintain their capacity for years, reducing operating costs and waste. Professional-grade performance:
If your workstation renders in Blender or trains AI models on a GPU, you need stable watts, not marketing VA. PF 1.0 and the larger 9 Ah batteries deliver a real 1000 W of continuous power, even at 40°C. Eight IEC 320 C13 sockets (C13-IEC CEE 7/7 or C13-C19 cables are easily available) protect the server, storage, switch, and monitor simultaneously. The entire system is housed in a rigid metal tower housing that can withstand daily office shifting.
Easy Monitoring and Management:
Cleaning and remote management are equally simple: USB and RS-232 ports are plug-and-play on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and the available Smart Slot allows you to connect an SNMP or Modbus card and enable monitoring in Zabbix or PRTG. PowerManager II software with a Polish interface allows you to schedule tests, record logs, and send email alerts. The result is complete control over your power supply without having to run to the server room.
Complete security.
A specially built-in processor ensures the proper operation of the emergency power supply, monitoring the device's parameters, its proper operation, and the power supply to connected devices. The technology used in the UPS also ensures automatic battery charging in standby mode and automatic restart when mains power is restored.
Importantly, every Armac uninterruptible power supply system is equipped with an overload protection module. If the UPS is overloaded during normal operation, the device will automatically and safely terminate power to connected devices. This solution enhances the safety and user comfort of Armac uninterruptible power supplies.
Ideal for sensitive equipment.
Due to its operating nature (full sine wave when operating in battery mode), this power supply can be used with devices with an electric motor or heater, such as laser printers, scanners, garage and driveway gates, electric roller shutters, and central heating furnaces. You also don't need to invest in expensive differential circuit breakers. This model can easily operate with a circuit breaker up to 30 mA.
